No time limits!  No costs!  No obligation!  Detailed Reports The HomeReview Book  is a full narrative report using an advanced computerized reporting system complete with digital photos. The narrative format addresses each of the 7 areas to be inspected, describing how they were inspected along with any deficiencies discovered. Don't worry about getting too much information. Our report clearly separates major from minor problems and includes a summary section. The summary at the end of the report highlights any areas of concern. Digital photos also help document any deficiencies found during an inspection. As a buyer, photos provide powerful ammunition if purchase price negotiation is appropriate. Also, your inspection report can be converted to a PDF format and uploaded to the Internet. This gives you an easy way to forward copies of the report to other interested parties (realtor, lawyer, etc?) The Home Review Inspection Report is presented to the client in a binder. As an added value, we include a maintenance manual for single family homes which explains, in laymen terms, the operation of all key systems in the home.
