Proper slope of waste piping. Attachment and separation from wood of water supply lines HVAC mechanical and distribution components (not system balance or adequacy) Phase 3 Before final acceptance and settlement, we conduct: A final inspection of the home Customize the HOMEBOOKtm to your systems and components Document any findings and prepare a final punch list for the contractor This customized HOMEBOOKtm will then become a home maintenance/reference manual that you can use to identify the cause and cure of problems you may discover years from now. |
